  4. How can teachers be prepare to face factors as economy, society, cultural and familiar in their students?

A good teacher be prepare to face those factors providing a place he or she is able to find solutions to practice they have encountered in the classroom. For example, if a student do not have a pencil or any other material the teacher must have extra materials in the classroom because teachers have to help their students in physical, social, intellectual, emotional and moral development and also treats all students with love and affection. According to, Lesly Mejia "teachers create all other professions ".

  5. How can teachers be prepare to face factors as economy, society, cultural and familiar in their students?

Teachers must be prepare for every situation that will can be present in a classroom, because they are to provide solutions that may affect their students at the time of learning development, but sometimes teachers can’t solve all problems and should look for help with student’s parents, principal of the school or psychologists and in some case people who help financially as sponsors, for find solutions to the problems present in students.

  6. First of all, I think teachers have to be flexible about those factors. Being understanding is one of the greatest virtues a teacher must have. As economic factor, teachers need to create strategies that do not involve spending much money and above all, students need to have access to find other resources to fulfill their purposes. About society and culture, teachers need to be open minded, teach them that we all are different and we have to respect the opinion of others and also their way of thinking. To conclude, familiar factor, teachers need to have a close relationship with students parents so that they are involve in the situations kids are going trow at home, an like that the teacher play a more important role in students life and are more likely to help them.

Good Night Mr. Licona and classmates!

How can teachers be prepared to face factors such as economy, society, cultural and family in their students?

Well personally I think that as teachers we face many challenges but for this reason we must always be prepared having an alternative solution. The economic factor affects the educational system because students do not have access to education or the necessary required things. The social factor affects the child as well as the familiar factor, becuase they may suffer from bullyng or violence. And also the cultural factor is evident when students do not feel comfortable because they feel that as if their classmates or teachers do not accept them as they are. So that teachers MUST to analize deeply every single factor that can work as a distractor.

  8. Hello everyone!
As a teacher, she must mantain a democratic level with the students implementing strategies in the classroom ,that show their environment as a learning process. For example economic factor do not take it as an obstacle to perfome some activities assigned in the classroom but take it as a motivation to overcome. Also, family, cultural and social aspect she has to apply it as a teaching and learning doctrin that endure their to a better development.

  10. I think that teachers must know many strategies, methodologies and be creative to be able to confront and know how to take the different situations that are related to these factors that influence the learning environment. In the economic factor the teacher must look for ways that activities that prepares are accessible for all, in social and cultural the teacher must create a harmonious environment where everyone gets along well and respect each other. In the family there must be a teacher-student relationship, teacher-parents and parents - children all in a circle of support to work together in learning. That means teachers must be flexible and work according to the students needs.

    Hello, Mr. Licona and classmates!

How can teachers be prepared to face the factors economy, society, cultural and family in their students?

In my point of view, any teacher is not prepared to avoid all of these factors, but as a teacher they must have to look for the best strategies to have a good environment. The economic factor is one of the most that affects, because nowadays, many children do not have the opportunity, because sometimes they have to work, and the social factor can be affecting when they feel rejected in the classroom. Also we have the cultural factor that is maybe when they do not feel accepted for example, because of their skin color, or their traditions. And the last one, is the familiar that can be presented when the students look at violence in their houses .So teachers have to think in all of these factors and work a lot in each one.

  12. Good Night Mr. Licona and classmates.

How can teachers be prepared to face the factors economy, society, cultural and family in their students?

In my opinion, we cannot be prepared with an instant solution but, we can implement good strategies or methodologies to solve those factors. A teacher is the person able to find or create a solutions to help their students. The majority of students does not have a high economy in their families but that does not mean they cannot have access to an education system, a teacher has to be creative, look for resources and make activities appropiates to their students’ economical situation without removing the knowledge that is intended to give them. The Familiar factor produces change in the personality of the students dorming a los academic performance, it means that the school has to maintain a relationship between parents, students and teachers to solve any problem.About society and culture; teacher must teach their students that everyone is different and their skills are not the same so, they must respect each others.

The key to solve any problem is comunication.

  13. In my Opinion the teachers have to be a good personality for to face this factors, in all schools have different challenge and the teacher must be prepare for this, in economy need to be aware of the economy of the families and create many activities that do not involve spending much money, and society the teachers need to know the differents culture and respect them and provied a good atmosphere with all students, to conclude the most important factor is the good comunication with the family because is where the childrens create her personality and also they learning values and the teachers need to talk about the problems, topics, homeworks etc… for that parents help them. I think a good comunication is the most important factor in the learning process.

  14. Good night everyone

In my opinion, as a teacher we need to know everything about our students, e.g, ages, friendship, family. Because, we could not to eliminate these factors but, we can implement a good strategies that can help us to be a better teachers. For example, be a psychologist when they need advices, be their parents when they need food and they don't have money. We need to be a innovators teachers but realistic. If you want to change the world, you have to be a teacher.

In my opinion, we has teachers have to think as each one of our students to try to understand them, because we must to take into account that each student have different needs, different cultures, and different way to learn. So, our rol as teachers is involucrate us into their worlds, trying to feel what they are feeling, and in this way, be able to give them a solution about their problems that are factors that disturb their learning process.

  17. Good Morning!!!

ESL: English as a Second Language.
You can be an ESL student or ESL teacher. ESL is a common abbreviation used in schools and it stands for "English as a Second Language." Schools will often use the term ESL when describing the programs that educate students who are not native English speakers and for describing the 'ESL students' themselves. New students who know little or no English may spend most of the school day in an ESL class at first. Teachers will integrate the kids into a regular classroom as they become more proficient.

TESL: Teaching English as a Second Language.
This course will prepare a teacher to teach in an English speaking country to students whose first language isn’t English. Such as an American teaching a child from Mexico that is living in America how to speak English.

The difference between them is that ESL can teach English as a second language in countries in which English is not spoken. And in TESL prepares a teacher to teach English in countries where English is spoken as the first language, for people who live there but don't speak English.

  20. Good night everyone
    I am Kendra Mejia

According to the data that I found, the difference between ESL and TESL is the following: The goal of an ESL program is to improve the students' level of English. ESL classes teach different language skills, depending on students' English abilities, interests, and needs. All programs teach the following: conversational English, grammar, reading, listening comprehension, writing, and vocabulary. whereas TESL, refers to teaching English to students whose first language is not English, usually in a region where English is not the dominant language and natural English language immersion situations are apt to be few.

  31. Difference between ESL and TESL
According to Toronto University: A TESL certificate is suited for individuals who plan to teach domestically in Canada or in countries where English is a first language. and ESLESL schools help students become more fluent in English by breaking down concepts and language rules. Many programs teach mathematics, science, and history classes in a way that is easier for students who are non-native speakers. Oftentimes, these programs are located in English speaking countries to give students a real immersion feeling.
